The other view

Today he told me he loved me

But just before that

He rolled down a hill

screaming “I’m a cat”

There was something off

everytime we went out

His personality changed

And I see more sides then I can count

Then that night he was a duck

Spent six hours being a sheep

He said “some of us are more equal then others”

Not me, I’m just odd. Then went to sleep.

After that he disappeared

I moved on, fighting my tears

Found love and joy once more

Sadness to happiness, cries to cheers.

Seven years later I saw on the news

“Madman jumps into fire to save a gran”

Upon interview he only wished to say

It was a nat twenty, and I am the diceman
